Class Prayers

Prayer is an important part of life at St Francis'. 

In Year 4, we ask the children to learn new prayers. The prayers they learn are the Prayer to the Guardian Angel, Prayer of St. Richard of Chichester, The Memorare, Nunc Dimittis and The Gloria. We also retrain the prayers that we have already learnt. In the months of October and May we also say the prayers of the Rosary to remember Mary the Mother of God.

4Z Class Prayer

Dear Lord,

Thank you for the wondrous world we live in, our lives and our loving families.

We ask you to help us with anything that we find difficult and challenging. Help us to improve and grow.

God, help us to stay strong and faithful, understanding and benevolent.

Please guide us Lord to the right path to Heaven. Be our light and help us to make the right choices.

Help us to be successful in year 4.
